•Do you offer repairs / alterations?
Unfortunately, no. Our suits are designed and ordered locally, but we work with expert leather fabricators overseas to make your Tilt Customs suit. That’s why we ask for 19 distinct measurements; it helps ensure the suit you get is precisely the suit you ordered.
•How do I take measurements?
The best answer is, YOU don’t! Ask for help, or visit a local suit store (such as Men’s Wearhouse). Specify that the measurements are for a snug-fitted leather suit, as their standard measurements are for looser fitting street clothes. If taking the measurements at home we offer these tips:
1.Make sure your order form is complete in centimeters (not inches!)
2.Refer to the measuring guide for placement of the measuring tape.
3.Wear clothes you expect to use under your suit when you take measurements. Snug undergarments like “Under Armor” are recommended (especially for 1-piece suits) as they greatly facilitate getting in and out of your Tilt Customs suit. If you intend to wear baggy items like a sweatshirt or sweater under your suit, measure with that too.
4.These are riding suits, but measurements should be taken in a relaxed, STANDING position.
5.Get help! Measuring by yourself is likely to be inaccurate. Measure twice to confirm.
•Do you have a catalog?
Sure! Tilt Catalog
* A $250 deposit is due when the order is placed. This is refundable if the order for the suit is cancelled before it is sent to fabrication. Once the info is sent for fabrication, this deposit is NON-refundable.
